You choose how you want to be compensated for the services you provide. Our compensation options for owner operators give you a choice: you can be compensated based on percentage of the charge to the customer or you can be compensated based on the miles assigned to the load.

JTM Owner Operator Jobs are in the top third for net income, and that was before we increased our sliding mileage compensation.

As an owner operator partnering with JTM, you have a choice between sliding mileage scale compensation plus a fuel surcharge or you can choose to be compensated based on a percentage of the gross revenue of a load. It’s also important to know that if you want to change to your compensation model, you can do so twice a year.
